2018 Off-road trailer of the year

The inclusion of this year’s new Off-road Trailer of the Year Competition features a wonderful selection of tough and tested trailers that will happily oblige your off-road endeavors with ease. The votes came streaming in as did the reviews from happy off-road trailer owners who wanted to air their positive views and vote for their particular make of trailer. There are numerous different design styles in this category to suit every buyer’s off-road wants and needs. It is clear from the flurry of votes that the manufacturers have certainly produced some stunning off-road trailers that will gladly traverse the toughest conditions Africa can throw their way. These trailers will faithfully follow your 4×4 into the toughest imaginable conditions… and back again. Off-roading is in the blood of every South African. We enjoy the challenge and when we have a sturdy off-road trailer in tow and the remotest of destinations are marked with an X on the map, we can enjoy the adventure to the full.

THE COMPETITION

Throughout the year The Great Outdoors Guide has run a poll to determine the top 10 off-road trailers for 2018. All nominations, reader reviews and votes for the competition were done in a public voting format allowing anyone to vote for their desired off-road trailer and manufacturer.
